Get to Know LTS!
Few options have been available for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) making the transition from K-12 education to meaningful productivity.

Get to Know LTS!
Since 2015, Life Transition Skills has provided that option for young adults. With enriching daily programming for our students, LTS provides individualized life and independence skills training, functional academics and volunteer opportunities.
Our mission at LTS is to provide the additional skills our students need to pursue their life goals, all while spending time with their friends having fun.
We have partnered with two wonderful local nonprofits, the North Central Florida Community Center (NCFLCC) and the Center for Independent Living (CIL). These long-standing institutions provide a home base and outstanding programming for LTS.

LTS operates year-round, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 3pm. We are a 501c(3) nonprofit and a registered provider for the APD CDC+ program. We are also a verified participant with the Community Foundation of North Central Florida’s Philanthropy Hub.
